2. Services Offered
CV Writing Service provides:
- Professional CV writing and revamp services
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- ATS-friendly document formatting
- Related career document services
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Payment is required before work begins
- Prices may change without prior notice for new orders
- Current pricing: CV Writing - R120, LinkedIn Revamp - R150, Bundle Package - R250
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery time is within 30 minutes for most orders
- Delivery times may vary based on complexity and workload
- Documents are delivered via WhatsApp or email in PDF and Word formats
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information provided by clients
5. Revisions
- Each service includes 1 (one) free revision
- Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Major changes beyond the scope of a revision may incur additional charges
- Revisions are limited to corrections and minor adjustments, not complete rewrites
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information for your CV/profile
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification
- Review delivered documents and request revisions within the specified timeframe
- Not use our services for fraudulent purposes
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the rights to your completed CV/documents
- We may retain anonymized samples for quality assurance and training
- Our templates, formatting styles, and processes remain our intellectual property
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds after delivery of the completed document
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours if work has not commenced
- Partial refunds may be offered if service cannot be completed as agreed
9. Disclaimer
While we strive to create professional, ATS-friendly documents, we cannot guarantee:
- Employment or interview outcomes
- Specific ATS scores or rankings
- Recruiter responses or feedback
Our services are designed to professionally present your qualifications and experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
CV Writing Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
